  1. Many readers thought this book 8 was slow and boring. But this is one of those books you HAVE to re-read because I think it contains some of the most subtle machinations and the underlying subtext perfectly captures the maneuvering in the Game of Houses!! And there’s so much meat that sets things up for the future books. Fantastic read (and hopefully a fantastic listen). :)

  2. I remember when I first read this book, I was so excited like I am whenever a new Wheel of Time book is published!! The cover is definitely one of my favorites by Sweet! Thanks for the opportunity to win this cool audiobook!!

  3. I think this is the book I got held up on in the series a few years ago, so perhaps the audio book version would help me get into it again!

  4. Awesome series; Brandon Sanderson has done an excellent job using Jordan’s notes and his ingenuity to complete the series. I am now a Sanderson fan b/c of his job Wheel done.

  5. Can’t wait for and dread the last book in the series. Can’t wait to see how it ends but feel crappy cuz there’s no more adventures in rand land :(

  6. I love this series and it would be awesome to hear it read and finely hear the pronunciations of different words and names to go with my continued reading of the series. Thank you for the fun giveaway opportunity.

  7. I’m really sad that all the competitions on the TOR site mean you have to live in the U.S. to enter. I like the TOR ethos, and their writers, but I do think it’s a tad shabby to disallow the rest of the planet entry to the competitions – and especially this one! :(
