  6. Dogs are all well and good, but I much prefer to read about them than actually interact with them. I am a cat person. Surely there are cat books you could make a contest with.

  7. Love these types of books. Sometimes I read to my dog and ask him if that’s what he is thinking too. He answers me with a “woof”.

  8. I read A Dog’s Purpose and thought it was a very good read – would love to win this!

  9. W. Bruce Cameron is the best author of dog stories. The way he tells the (tail in first-dog) making the reader truly believe that dogs can think and “speak” to humans. My best friend for 16 years was a Cocker Spaniel named Mischief! Nothing better than to Love and be Loved by a dog.

  10. I know I can not sleep without my black lab Lucy with me. I am glad to see all the books written from a dogs view but they also have point to their stories.

  11. Love anything that has to do with dogs – combine that with a love of reading and this is such a great prize!

  25. I have had wonderful dogs all my life and they are part of our family. We love them and cannot imagine life without dogs. Would absolutely love to have these great dog books!

  26. For many animals are so much more than family. A lot of people have been hurt by people and it has been the animals, for me my dog, that has turned a negative into a positive, bad into good, depression into happiness and for me death into life. I had lost all, or so I thought, and because of my dog’s unconditional love I felt strong enough to keep going knowing she was there for me. I have so much love for Snoopy and I know as long as I have her I can handle anything. I do fear the day she passes. If I had enough money I would clone her because I cannot and will not go on without her. It may sound crazy but it truly is the way I honestly feel. I will never be able to give her a tenth of what she has given me. There is no amount of money in the world for me to sale Snoopy. I wish everyone could feel an animal’s love because it is as close to a pure love as one can feel here on earth. I always thank GOD I’m my prayers for the amazing gift of Snoopy!

  27. I would love to read this series. We have two dogs, two cats, and two birds. We have Noah’s Ark of the animal kingdom.

  28. I have been a dog lover my whole life. I would love to read these books as they have been recommended to me by others. I’d love to snuggle up with my four Labs on the weekends and read these!

  29. Whoa…W.Bruce Cameron wrote an amazing story with A Dogs Purpose. I read the book five months after it first came out for purchase. I have bought over 100 copies to hand out to friends over the years. I STILL havent seen the movie, but I DO love the book. This is an incredibly kind offer.

  30. I love dogs, and I know I would enjoy these books, even if they are probably a little sad.

  31. This is so wonderful. I love dog books but I just haven’t read them lately! This would get me started again – it would be nice to read in the afternoon with my lab snoozing at my feet! Thanks for the chance to win.

  32. Would love these puppy books. Saw a Dog’s Purpose and imagine that the book is wonderful as well as all the others.

  33. These books look like so much fun to read! Our first little dog, Bullitt, lived to be 12 years old and had diabetes for six years. He was one tough little guy and we still miss him so much but we know he is waiting at Rainbow Bridge. The little guy we have now, Casey, is a rescue from Puerto Rico and he came to us at three months old on Valentine’s Day, 2016. He has brought so much joy to our lives and is, of course, spoiled absolutely rotten! Thanks so much for the super giveaway opportunity!

  34. Dogs are incredible, and I would love this prize, so I could read to my rescue boy, Darwin, who makes everybody feel better.

  35. What wonderful books, and who wouldn’t be delighted to win them? I’m sure I’d glean some knowledge for my four-year-old white purebred German Shepherd Kalyna, too , by reading them.

  36. I’ve always loved dogs, and these are great books! Thanks for the contest!

  37. If I’m lucky enough to win, I promise to read these books out loud to my two pups, a Golden Retriever puppy and a Pitbull/Boxer mix.

  40. I love all animals, especially cats and dogs. Would share these books, with my friends, if I win. TY

  41. I read ‘A Dogs Purpose’ and loved it! such a unique perspective as a dog is reincarnated from life to life and then ends up back with his favourite owner but as a ‘different’ dog. I’d love to win more books like that one. thanks for the chance.

  42. We are still mourning the loss of our beloved Max, while enduring toddlerhood with our puppy Grady. I’d love to read him some bedtime stories.

  43. My daughter just went to the Library in Parksville to see if they were getting these in for us to read. Love our pets

  44. My dad is a huge dog fan. He has almost 10 different dogs, most of which he has rescued or taken in when they could no longer be taken care of. I would love to win these for him!

  45. I didn’t have doggies until a few years ago and I cannot imagine my life without my sweet babies!!

  46. I couldn’t have gotten through everything in my life without my Fur Babies.

  47. When you see a dog smile, you smile too! It’s just such a great feeling when you see a happy dog!

  48. We have 2 dogs, both Humane Society graduates that we adopted as puppies. One is an active ornery 8 year old female Dachshund mix whom we adore. The other is a 17 year old female Pug mix that we cherish. She is blind, deaf, and sleeps 22 out of 24 hours. She eats well, gets around in the house knowing the landmarks, is not in any pain, and we know she loves us. We are asked why we don’t have her put to sleep since she’s so old. We tell them she is one of our family and is treated as such.
